NECTAR PACK — SHIPPING POLICY

1. Where We Ship. We ship within the United States only, via USPS. We do not ship to: Idaho, Kansas, New Hampshire, Ohio, Tennessee, Colorado, Hawaii, Arkansas, Rhode Island, or South Dakota, and checkout will not accept addresses in those states. We do not ship internationally, to U.S. territories, or to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We may update the restricted list at any time as laws change. You agree not to use freight forwarders, mail-forwarding services, or reshipment to move product into a restricted state or out of the United States; doing so voids all guarantees and is at your sole risk.

2. Processing and Transit. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays), after which USPS transit times apply. Processing may be extended during promotions, weather events, or carrier disruptions; timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

3. Discreet Packaging. Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging. Nothing on the exterior identifies the contents or the brand.

4. Age; Delivery. All purchases are age-verified at checkout (21+). Standard delivery is used; adult signature is not required. By ordering, you confirm that no person under 21 will receive or access the package.

5. Address Accuracy; Risk of Loss. You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address. Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to address error may be reshipped at your cost or refunded less shipping. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon USPS's confirmation of delivery to the address provided. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, contact us within seven (7) days and we will assist with a carrier claim; we may, at our discretion, reship or refund once per customer for delivered-but-missing packages.

6. Lost in Transit. If tracking shows no movement for ten (10) business days, contact us and we will reship or refund at your choice.

7. Legal Compliance. All shipments contain hemp-derived products compliant with the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (<0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis), shipped in accordance with USPS mailability rules for hemp products. Batch certificates of analysis and compliance records are maintained on file for at least two years.
