1. PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping time estimate selected at checkout.
2. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3-6 business days depending on your location.
3. RESTRICTED STATES
Due to state-specific regulations regarding hemp and THC products, we do not ship to the following states: Idaho, Hawaii, California, Wyoming, and North Dakota. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed with a shipping address in a restricted jurisdiction.
4. DISCREET PACKAGING
We understand the importance of privacy. All Nectar Pack orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging. The shipping label will list the sender as "NP Fulfillment" or a similar abbreviated name to ensure discretion.
5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently do not ship outside of the United States.
