NECTAR PACK — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. The 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you purchased directly from nectarpack.co and you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us at team@nectarpack.co within fourteen (14) days of delivery with your order number and a brief description of your experience, and we will refund the product purchase price to your original payment method. You do not return the product. For hygiene and safety reasons we never accept back or resell intimate-use products; please dispose of unwanted product responsibly.

2. Guarantee Limits. The guarantee: (a) is limited to one (1) claim per customer and per household, lifetime, regardless of the number of orders; (b) covers the product purchase price only — original shipping charges, if any, are not refunded; (c) applies to a maximum of one (1) unit per claim where multiple units were purchased; (d) requires purchase directly from nectarpack.co with proof of purchase; and (e) is void for orders shipped, forwarded, or transported into restricted states or purchased in violation of our Terms of Service. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only, within twelve (12) business days of approval; your bank's posting time may add several days.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, email us within seven (7) days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace the item or refund it at your choice, at no cost to you. Damaged/incorrect-order remedies do not count against your satisfaction-guarantee claim.

4. Adverse Reactions. If you experience irritation or any adverse reaction, stop use immediately, wash the area with warm water, and contact us at team@nectarpack.co. We will process a full refund regardless of the 14-day window and may request batch information from your packaging for our quality and safety records.

5. Third-Party and Wholesale Purchases. Products purchased from retail stores or any seller other than nectarpack.co are subject to that seller's return policy; this guarantee does not apply to them, and wholesale purchases are governed exclusively by the applicable wholesale agreement.

6. Fraud and Abuse. We may deny guarantee claims that we reasonably determine to be fraudulent or abusive, including serial claims across addresses or payment methods, claims on resold product, or claims inconsistent with order records. Initiating a chargeback while a refund request is pending, or after a refund is issued, may result in denial of the claim, recovery of amounts refunded, and refusal of future orders.

7. Non-Waiver of Statutory Rights. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable right you have under the law of your state.
