1. ALL SALES FINAL
Due to the intimate nature of our products and strict health and safety regulations regarding consumable hemp goods, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any product once the order has been placed. This policy applies to all products, regardless of whether the packaging has been opened or remains sealed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. NO CANCELLATIONS
Our fulfillment system is automated to ensure rapid processing. Once an order is submitted, it is immediately sent to our warehouse for packing and dispatch. Therefore, orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. Please review your shipping address and order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
While we do not offer returns for preference, we stand by the quality of our product. If your order arrives damaged (e.g., broken bottle, leaked sachet) or if you received the incorrect item, we will offer a replacement subject to the following conditions:

Reporting Window: You must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp provided by the carrier.

Evidence: Please email our support team with your Order Number and clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping packaging.

Resolution: Upon verification, we will ship a replacement free of charge. We do not offer monetary refunds for damaged items, only replacements.
4. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Nectar Pack is not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are missing. We recommend monitoring your tracking information closely. If your package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), please contact us so we can file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
